摘　　要：化石燃料的燃烧产生温室气体CO_(2)是全球极端天气频发的主要原因,绿色发展理念为解决环境和发展这对矛盾指明了方向,它是人与自然和谐共生的科学发展观。文章主要从化学的功过是非和责任担当的角度探讨绿色发展的可行性问题,指出绿色化学是解决人类生存和发展困扰的法宝,必须大力发展绿色化学与化工新技术和新工艺,多途径培养大学生尤其是化学专业学生的绿色价值观和绿色专业技能,激发青年人的化学热情,增强化学人的责任感和使命感,力争在未来世界竞争中贡献化学科学的特殊力量。The greenhouse gas CO_(2) produced by the burning of fossil fuels is believed to be responsible for the frequent occurrence of extreme weather around the world.The concept of green development can point out the direction for solving the contradiction between environment and development.It is thus a scientific development concept of harmonious coexistence between human and nature.The paper mainly discusses the feasibility of green development from the perspectives of the merits and demerits of chemistry and responsibility.It is also exhibited that green chemistry is a magic weapon to solve the problems of human survival and development.It is therefore necessary to vigorously develop green chemistry and new technologies and processes,and cultivate through multiple channels.The green values and green professional skills of college students,especially chemistry students,stimulate young people’s enthusiasm for chemistry,enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of chemists,and strive to contribute to chemical science in the future world competition.
