摘　　要：目的探索Think-Pair-Share模式(简称TPS模式)在医学专业课呼吸系统“课程思政”中的应用。方法以攀枝花学院2019级临床医学专业学生为研究对象,将TPS教学模式引入到医学整合课程呼吸系统"课程思政"教学中,最后向学生发放问卷进行课程思政满意度调查。结果91.2%的学生认为有必要或很有必要在专业课中开展课程思政;94.4%的学生认为课程思政对于塑造正确的人生观、世界观、价值观很有帮助或有帮助或有一定帮助;对呼吸系统任课老师课程思政的授课方法97.6%的学生感到非常满意或满意;对任课老师围绕教学目标,精心设计思政活动的评价中98.2%的学生非常满意或满意;对于呼吸系统教学中“课程思政”所学到的知识评价97.5%的学生非常满意或满意;97.5%的学生认为通过学习,在学习力及处理各种事物的技巧的提升方面非常满意或满意;97.5%的学生对呼吸系统教学中“课程思政”教学效果总体非常满意或满意;学生对呼吸系统教学中“课程思政”的建议有:“多说一点引发生命的意义”、“结合时事”、“以后可以多讲一些相关的视频”。结论采用TPS模式在专业教育中融入思政教育的教学方式学生满意度很高。在医学专业课教学中进行课程思政,TPS模式是一种行之有效的教学模式,可使思政教育与专业教育达到同向同行,有利于完成立德树人的根本任务。Objective To explore the application of Think-pair-share mode(TPS mode for short)in respiratory system"curriculum ideological and political"of medical professional courses.Methods Taking the students majoring in clinical medicine of Panzhihua University as the research object,the TPS teaching mode was introduced into the respiratory system"curriculum ideological and political"teaching of integrated medical course.At last,a questionnaire was issued to students to conduct a curriculum ideological and political satisfaction survey.Results 91.2%of the students thought it was necessary or very necessary to carry out ideological and political education in specialized courses;94.4%of the students thought that ideological and political courses were helpful or helpful in shaping the correct outlook on life,world outlook and values.97.6%of the students were very satisfied with the respiratory system teacher's teaching method of ideological and political teaching.98.2%of the students are very satisfied with the evaluation of the teachers'carefully designed ideological and political activities centering on the teaching objectives.97.5%of the students were very satisfied with the knowledge of"ideological and political curriculum"in respiratory system teaching.97.5%of the students think that they are very satisfied with their learning ability and skills in dealing with various things through study.97.5%of the students were satisfied with the teaching effect of"curriculum ideological politics"in respiratory system teaching.Students'suggestions on respiratory system teaching include:"talk more about the meaning of life","combine with current events"and"talk more about related videos in the future".Conclusion TPS mode is adopted to integrate ideological and political education into professional education.TPS mode is an effective teaching mode to carry out ideological and political education in the teaching of medical professional courses,which makes ideological and political education and professional education go in the same dir
