摘 要:为确保装载车液压千斤顶的动力响应精度,提出一种闭环的电气控制方案。针对液压伺服工作原理,将整个系统分为动力单元、控制单元和泵站等三部分。基于PLC控制,对关键元件的选型和接线电路进行了设计。通过AMESim和ADAMS软件对伺服系统进行联合仿真分析。结果表明,该系统对于输出载荷误差的控制效果良好,最大偏差低于2%。In order to ensure the dynamic response accuracy of the hydraulic jack of the loader, a closed-loop electrical control scheme is proposed. According to the working principle of hydraulic servo, the whole system is divided into three parts: power unit, control unit and pump station. Based on PLC control, the selection of key components and wiring circuit are designed. The servo system is jointly simulated and analyzed by AMESim and ADAMS software. The results show that the system has good control effect on the output load error, and the maximum deviation is less than 2%.
