摘 要:目的:评价实验室检测食品中苯甲酸的技术能力和水平。方法:实施能力验证计划,给各参加实验室发放能力验证样品,并收集检测数据。对反馈结果开展稳健统计分析,用z比分数进行实验室检测能力的评价。结果:制备的样品均匀稳定,满足能力验证的计划要求。77家单位的总体满意率为74%,可疑率为9.1%,不满意率为16.9%。结论:多数参加实验室可以准确测定,部分实验室的质控能力有待提高。Objective:To evaluate the proficiency and testing level of benzoic acid determination in food.Methods:Results of the content of benzoic acid in food from the participant laboratories were obtained through the proficiency testing program(PTP) and analyzed by robust statistics.The proficiency of the participant laboratories was evaluated by z score.Results:The prepared samples were homogeneous and stable in the whole program period,which met the requirements of PTP.Totally 77 laboratories participating in the proficiency testing had satisfactory results with a satisfaction rate of 74%,the probability of suspicion was 9.1%,and the dissatisfaction rate was 16.9%.Conclusion:Most of the participating laboratories can accurately determine the content,and the quality control ability of some laboratories needs to be further improved.
