摘 要:实施绩效工资是事业单位收入分配制度改革的重要内容,如何以绩效工资分配为引导提高事业单位职工工作效率成为重要课题。文章分析了事业单位绩效工资效能的现状,总结了绩效工资效能提升存在的问题,并就提高绩效工资效能进行了量化业绩、科学考核等方面的尝试,取得了激励职工提高效能的效果。The implementation of performance-related pay is an important part of the reform of the income distribution system of public institutions.How to use performance-related pay to improve the work efficiency of public institutions has become an important topic.The status of the effectiveness of performance-related pay in public institutions was analyzed in this article.The problems in the efficiency improvement of performance-related pay were summarized.To improve the efficiency of performance-related pay,quantified performance and scientific assessment were used as trial means,which have achieved the effect of motivating employees to improve efficiency.
