直肠癌同步放化疗患者营养状况与放化疗不良反应的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨接受同步放化疗的直肠癌患者的营养状况与放化疗相关不良反应之间的关系。方法:以2018年1月至2020年6月于我院接受同步放化疗的120例直肠癌患者为研究对象,应用主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)评估患者放化疗期间的营养状况,统计放化疗相关不良反应,分析患者营养状况与放化疗不良反应发生情况的相关性。结果:PG-SGA评分随同步放化疗时间增加先逐渐升高,后逐渐下降。营养不良组患者血液学反应、下消化道反应、疲劳发生率均高于非营养不良组,P<0.05。PG-SGA评分与血液学反应、上消化道反应、下消化道反应、疲劳情况呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:直肠癌患者同步放化疗期间发生营养不良的风险较高,且营养不良者更容易出现放化疗不良反应。因此,临床应做好直肠癌同步放化疗期间的营养干预,以提升放化疗安全性。Objective To explore the relativity of their nutriture and chemoradiotherapy’s adverse reactions in the rectal cancer patients undergoing synchronous chemoradiotherapy(SCRT).Methods Enrolled 120cases met above conditions and treated in author’s hopsital(2018-01-2020-06)into this study:by using PG-SGA to evaluate patients’nutriture during chemoradiotherapy,to count their adverse reaction,so as to analyse the relativity of their nutriture and chemoradiotherapy’s adverse reactions.Results Along with doing SCRT,the ratings of PG-SGA were firstly gradually up,then gradually down,also,were proportionally related to the response of hemology,and of upper and inferior digestive tract,as well as to fatigue incidence(P<0.05);Also,in above-mentioned the response,and fatigue incidence inanition group was higher than non-inanition group(P<0.05).Conclusion When SCRT doing inanition has high risk to happen,and the inanition patients easily suffer from adverse reaction induced by radio-chemotherapy,therefore,clinically it should be better taking nutrition intervention when SCRT doing,so as to enhance the safety when doing chemoradiotherapy.
