摘 要:热交换器管板开孔区等效为当量圆平板可明显降低管板计算复杂程度,等效精度非常关键,ASMEⅧ-2附录5-E中给出了几种圆平板开孔削弱后的等效方法,用于弹性计算,其中Option A和Option B通过公式计算得到等效参数,Option C通过数值模拟得出等效参数,同时,附录中给出了各向异性参量矩阵的计算方法。以正三角形布管的管板为例,介绍Option A与Option B中等效参数理论依据,比较了两种方案的区别,指导工程人员合理选择。通过5组典型案例对比了ASME规范中各向异性和各向同性等效参数对当量圆平板分析结果的影响,建议在进行较厚管板换热器数值分析时,应适当考虑多孔板各向异性等效参数。Treating the perforated region of tubesheet of heat exchanger as equivalent plate can significantly simplify the elastic calculation in analytical or numerical analysis.The accuracy of the above equivalent methods is very critical,so several options of equivalent methods for elastic parameters calculation are given,among them,Option A and Option B obtain equivalent parameters through formula calculation and Option C obtains equivalent parameters through numerical analysis.Meanwhile,the calculation method for matrix of orthotropic parameters are specified in Annex 5-E of ASMEⅧ-2.Taking triangular hole pattern as an example,the theoretical basis of equivalent elastic parameters between Option A and Option B were introduced,and the differences between the two options were compared,so as to help engineers to choose them reasonably.Then,the effects of orthotropic and isotropic equivalent parameters on perforated plates were compared through five groups of typical cases.It is suggested that the orthotropic equivalent parameters should be properly considered in the numerical analysis of heat exchangers with thicker tubesheets.
