摘　　要：目的:调查临床护士工作心理负荷和工作-家庭平衡的关系及不同来源社会支持在二者关系间的调节效应。方法:选取山东省济南市区3所三级医院的临床护士377名,采用工作-家庭平衡量表(WFBS)、任务负荷指数量表(NASA-TLX)、组织支持感量表(POSS)、工作支持问卷(PWSQ)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)的家庭支持维度进行调查。结果:WFBS总均分为(18.4±3.8)。WFBS得分与NASA-TLX得分呈负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.01),而与POSS、PWSQ、家庭支持得分呈正相关(r=0.38~0.41,均P<0.01);多重线性回归分析显示,POSS得分(β=0.09,P<0.01)和家庭支持得分(β=0.08,P<0.01)能调节NASA-TLX得分和WFBS得分的关系(ΔR^(2)=0.06)。结论:组织支持和家庭支持可以缓冲工作心理负荷对工作-家庭平衡的消极影响。Objective:To investigate the relationship between mental workload and work-family balance among nurses,and examine the moderating effect of different sources of social support on its relationships.Methods:A total of 377 nurses were selected from 3 tertiary hospitals in Jinan city,Shandong Province.The Work-family Balance Scale(WFBS),National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index(NASA-TLX),Perceived Organizational Support Scale(POSS),Perceived Work Support Questionnaire(PWSQ)and Family Support Subscale of Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used.Results:The total average score of WFBS was(18.4±3.8).The WFBS scores were negatively correlated with the NASA-TLX scores(r=-0.26,P<0.01)and positively correlated with the scores of POSS,PWSQ and family support(r=0.38-0.41,Ps<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the POSS scores(β=0.09,P<0.01)and family support scores(β=0.08,P<0.01)could moderate the relationships between NASA-TLX scores and WFBS scores(△R^(2)=0.06).Conclusion:It suggests that the organizational support and family support could buffer the negative effect of mental workload on work-family balance in nurses.
