摘 要:直流配电网凭借自身独特优势,逐渐成为未来电网中配电环节发展的主流方向。以直流配电网为基础,针对其典型的电能质量问题进行综合评估,提出基于主客观综合赋权法的模糊聚类FCA的电能质量综合评估方法。构建与直流配电系统相匹配的电能质量综合评估指标体系,分别采用改进层次分析法AHP及熵权系数法计算指标主客观权重值,运用博弈论进行综合赋权;同时构建模糊聚类模型,对直流配电系统电能质量进行综合评估。通过算例分析,证明该综合评估方法的合理性和有效性,对完善电能质量综合评估体系与加强评估电能质量的科学性起到促进作用。By virtue of its own unique advantages,DC distribution network has gradually become the mainstream direction of the development of distribution link in the future power network.Based on the DC distribution network,this paper evaluates the typical power quality problems.A Fuzzy clustering analysis(FCA)based on subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method is proposed for power quality comprehensive evaluation.A comprehensive power quality evaluation index system matching with DC distribution system is constructed.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight coefficient method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weight values of indexes respectively.The comprehensive weight is given by game theory.At the same time,the fuzzy clustering model is built to evaluate the power quality of DC distribution system.The rationality and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method are proved through the analysis of a numerical example,which can promote the improvement of the comprehensive evaluation system of power quality and the scientificity of the evaluation of power quality.
