摘　　要：该文首先阐述了地方高校本科生开展科技创新创业能力培养的必要性及其存在的主要问题,然后认真分析了这些问题存在的主要原因,最后提出提升地方高校本科生科技创新创业实践能力培养水平的具体途径。The paper first expounds the necessity and main problems of the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship ability of undergraduates in local colleges and universities,then carefully analyzes the main reasons for these problems,and finally puts forward specific ways to improve the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability of undergraduates in local colleges and universities.
