高校外事驾驶舱系统构建——以上海交通大学为例

摘　　要：高校外事驾驶舱系统的定位是学校外事管理的决策支持平台。该系统打破了部门壁垒,能够全方位分析学校总体的国际合作与交流工作现状,并为学校决策提供数据支持。该系统基于历年来学校与外事相关的职能部门积累的人事、学生、外事、科研等方面数据,通过数据清洗和共享,多方位、多维度建立统计分析模型,展示和分析学校的外事管理现状。该文以上海交通大学为例,通过详细分析外事信息化工作中存在的问题,探讨高校外事驾驶舱系统的总体架构和设计方案,并对该系统的发展进行展望,以期提升高校外事管理信息化水平。The orientation of the foreign affairs cockpit system of a university is the decision-making support platform for the university’s foreign affairs management,breaking down departmental barriers,comprehensively analyzing the current status of the university’s overall international cooperation and exchanges,and providing data support for the university’s decision-making.This system is based on the data of personnel,students,foreign affairs,scientific research and other aspects accumulated by functional departments related to foreign affairs over the years.Through data cleaning and sharing,a multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional statistical analysis model is established to display and analyze the current situation of foreign affairs management of the university.Through a detailed analysis of the problems arising from the promotion of foreign affairs informatization,taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example,this paper discusses the overall structure and design scheme of the foreign affairs cockpit system in universities,and looks forward to the development of the system,in order to improve the level of information-based foreign affairs management in universities.
