摘 要:糖厂是能耗大户,无论是甘蔗糖厂还是炼糖厂,节能是永恒的话题。糖厂的耗能涉及到生产的各个工艺过程,如糖汁加热、蒸发、结晶、干燥等。本文以产糖3000 t/d的炼糖厂为背景,以最常用的三效板式蒸发与一效降膜蒸发作对比,进行理论上的能耗计算,以优化炼糖厂的蒸发用汽方案。计算结果得知,采用三效蒸发方案全厂工艺耗汽为1.03 t/t(以原糖计),而采用一效蒸发方案全厂工艺耗汽为0.93 t/t(以原糖计),对比之下一效蒸发比三效蒸发吨糖耗汽减少了0.10 t/t(以原糖计)。Sugar factories are large energy consumers.Energy saving is an eternal topic for both sugarcane factories and sugar refineries.The energy consumption of sugar factory involves various processes,such as juice heating,evaporation,crystallization,drying and so on.Taking the sugar refinery with a daily output of 3000 t/d as the background,this paper made a theoretical energy consumption calculation by comparing the most commonly used three-effect plate evaporation with one-effect falling film evaporation,so as to optimize the evaporation steam scheme of sugar refinery.The calculation results showed that the process steam consumption of the whole plant in three-effect evaporation scheme was 1.03 t/t(calculated by raw sugar),while in the one-effect evaporation scheme was only 0.93 t/t(calculated by raw sugar).In contrast,the steam consumption of one-effect evaporation was 0.10 t/t(calculated by raw sugar)less than that of three-effect evaporation.
