摘 要:基于直动溢流阀结构原理,建立直动式溢流阀阀口流量连续性方程和阀芯动态力平衡方程,分别基于Simulink和AMESim搭建其仿真模型,得出了动态压力曲线和阀芯位移曲线,并进行了仿真结论比较,同时表明了Simulink和AMESim溢流阀仿真模型具有一定的正确性,误差可能由稳态液动力和静态液动力作用导致的,此结果对直动溢流阀的优化设计具有一定参考价值。Based on the structural principle of the direct operated relief valve,the flow continuity equation at the valve port and the dynamic force balance equation of the valve core of the direct operated relief valve are established;the simulation models are built based on Simulink and AMESim respectively,then the dynamic pressure curve and the valve core displacement curve are obtained,and the simulation conclusions are compared.It shows that the simulation models of Simulink and AMESim relief valve are correct;the error may be caused by the steady-state hydrodynamic force and the static hydrodynamic force.This result has a certain reference value for the optimal design of direct operated relief valve.
