摘　　要：专业层面的资源供需数量均衡、类型适配是高校学生专业选择需求得到高质量满足的物质基础,供给改革与需求管理协同推进是实现供需动态均衡适配的必由之路。本文针对我国高校学生专业选择需求在数量、类型、结构等面临的现实问题,从提升学生选择意识和能力、厘清选择观念与行为误区、加强风险教育和需求疏导等3个方面提出了完善路径。The quantity balance and type adaptation of resource supply and demand at the professional level are the material basis for college students to obtain high-quality satisfaction of their major choice needs.The coordinated promotion of supply reform and demand management is the only way to realize the dynamic balance and adaptation of supply and demand.Aiming at the practical problems faced by the students in the quantity,type and structure of major selection,this paper puts forward the improvement path from three aspects:improving the students's choice consciousness and ability,clarifying the misunderstanding of choice concept and behavior,strengthening education risk education and demand guidance.
