侗医“xap(痧)”症诊断思维探析

摘　　要：本文通过对侗医“xap”病名的诠释,分析了侗医“xap”症的诊断思维。结果反映出侗医对“xap”症的诊断有着传统文化的“象喻”思维特征;揭示了侗族古代朴素自然观、生命观是侗族医药形成和发展的思想渊源及哲学基础;具有鲜明民族特色的“象喻”思维是侗医认识疾病、治疗疾病的主要思维方式。This paper based on the interpretation of the name of "XAP" disease in Dong nationality doctors, which analyzes the diagnosis thinking of "XAP" disease in Dong doctors. It reveals that the simple view of nature and the view of life are the ideological origin and philosophical basis of the formation and development of Dong medicine. The "Figurative metaphor" thinking with distinctive national characteristics is the main way of thinking for Dong doctors to recognize and treat diseases.
