育阴宁神汤治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:采用育阴宁神汤治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍(PDSD),观察临床疗效。方法:收集我院2019年1月—2020年12月治疗的76例帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各38例。试验组服用育阴宁神汤,1剂/d,水煎后取400 m L,分早晚服用;对照组睡前服用右佐匹克隆2~3 mg。两组均联合美多芭治疗。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗后中医证候积分下降较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组PDSS、PSQI评分较对照组改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用育阴宁神汤治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍疗效较明确,并有良好的安全性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yuyin ningshen Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorder in Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:Patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with sleep disorder treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The experimental group took yuyinningshen decoction,1 dose/day,400 m L after decoction,and took it in the morning and evening;The control group took Dexzopiclone2~3 mg before going to bed.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results:after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of PDSS and PSQI in the experimental group improved more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuyin ningshen decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
