从《金匮要略》虚劳篇初探晚期口腔癌辨治

摘　　要：通过对《金匮要略》虚劳篇相关条文的分析,探寻张仲景治虚劳思路在晚期口腔癌治疗中的应用,认为晚期口腔癌属于虚劳病,其发病与体质因素、饮食失宜、外邪侵袭等密切相关,病机为脾肾亏损,痰瘀毒互结。临床上可通过补益脾肾、化癌解毒治疗晚期口腔癌及其常见并发症。Through the analysis of the relevant articles in the chapter of asthenia disease in Jinkui Yaolve, this paper explores the application of Zhang Zhongjing’s idea of treating asthenia disease in the treatment of advanced oral cancer. It is considered that advanced oral cancer belongs to asthenia disease,and its pathogenesis is the loss of spleen and kidney,the combination of phlegm,blood stasis and toxin. Clinically,advanced oral cancer and its common complications can be treated by tonifying the spleen and kidney,transforming cancer and detoxification.
