摘 要:根据围岩分级和掘进设备规格界定了硬岩掘进范围,介绍了硬岩掘进机和当前硬岩掘进水平,提出了硬岩掘进一些特有问题;然后阐述了硬岩截割技术、耐磨技术、减速器润滑技术的发展,包括各种破岩机理能力水平,提高截齿等零部件耐磨性措施,以及降低截割减速器温度的润滑与冷却技术;最后,结合各种岩巷掘进技术的应用,提出了提高硬岩掘进能力的技术发展展望。According to the classification of surrounding rock and the specifications of tunneling equipment,the range of hard rock tunneling is defined,the hard rock roadheader and the current hard rock tunneling level are introduced,and some unique problems of hard rock tunneling are put forward;then the development of hard rock cutting technology,wear resistance technology,and reducer lubrication technology is described,including various rock breaking mechanism capabilities,measures to improve the wear resistance of parts such as pick,as well as lubrication and cooling technology to reduce the temperature ofcut reducer;finally,combined with the application of various rock tunnel excavation technologies,the technical development prospects for improving hard rock excavation capacity are proposed.
