摘 要:补体B因子(complement factor B,CFB)是补体替代途径中的一个重要因子,主要由肝细胞和巨噬细胞合成,是参与补体活化的重要成分。CFB参与机体防御,在细胞损伤及炎症过程中均起重要作用。目前研究发现CFB与非典型溶血性尿毒症、年龄相关性黄斑变性、心血管疾病、肿瘤等疾病相关。文章对CFB与以上疾病的关系及CFB抑制剂的发展作一综述。Complement factor B(CFB)is an important factor in the complement replacement pathway,which is mainly synthesized by liver and macrophages.CFB participates in body defense and plays an important role in cell injury and inflammation process.Current studies have found that CFB is associated with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome,age-related macular degeneration,cardiovascular diseases and tumors,etc.In this paper,the relationship between CFB and the above diseases,and the development of CFB inhibitors are reviewed.
