摘 要:目的探讨共情能力的培训模式,研究共情能力对护生专业自我概念的影响。方法将2020年7月至2021年3月于开平市中心医院实习的120名护生应用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60人,对照组采用常规实习教学模式,试验组在其基础上增加共情能力培训,对比两组培训后的护理教学满意度和培训前后的专业自我概念水平。结果培训后试验组护理教学满意度高于对照组(95.00%vs.86.67%,χ^(2)=10.050,P<0.05);培训前两组专业自我概念水平均分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后试验组专业自我概念水平均分高于对照组[(2.96±0.34)vs.(2.73±0.33)],且除了技能维度外,领导、灵活性、满意度和沟通交流4个维度分值也均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对护生进行共情能力培训,提高了护理教学满意度和专业自我概念水平。Objective To explore the training mode of empathy and study the influence of empathy on the professional self-concept of nursing students.Methods A total of 120 nursing students from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and test group(n=60)according to the random number table.The routine internship teaching mode were applied in the control group,and the test group added the empathy ability training based on the conventional teaching,the scores of the nursing professional self-concept scale were compared between the two groups.Results The internship satisfaction of the test group was 95%,and the average score of professional self-concept level was higher in the test group than that in the control group[(2.96±0.34)vs.(2.73±0.33)],and in addition to the skill dimension,the scores of leadership,flexibility,satisfaction,and communication were higher in the test group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The empathy ability training improves the teaching satisfaction of nursing students and the professional self-concept level.
