摘 要:选取1年生元宝枫实生苗进行移栽,通过施用不同配比的尿素、重过磷酸钙、硫酸钾等,研究氮磷钾肥不同配比对元宝枫苗生长和生理活性物质的影响,以期为其生产中施肥提供参考。结果表明:以8月数据为例,氮磷钾施用量分别为6.5、19.5、5 g·株^(-1)处理的苗高比对照提高了5.70%,花色素苷、绿原酸、黄酮、VC含量分别比对照提高了24.38%、26.68%、35.09%、38.54%;氮磷钾施用量分别为8.7、17.3、5 g·株^(-1)处理与对照相比显著提高了苗高和元宝枫叶片内4种生理活性物质含量;氮磷钾施用量分别为13、13、5 g·株^(-1)处理的元宝枫叶片内黄酮、绿原酸含量与对照处于同一水平。综合分析认为,氮磷钾施用量分别为6.5、19.5、5 g·株^(-1)是促进元宝枫生长和提高叶片内生理活性物质的适宜肥料施用量。This test selects 1-year-old Acer truncatum seedlings as the test materials,and dosage of urea,superphosphate,and potassium sulfate,etc.after transplanting,and the effects of NPK fertilizer ratios by different treatments on the growth and physiological active substances of A.truncatum seedlings were studied,in order to provide references for scientific fertilization in their production.The results show that based on the investigation in August,NPK fertilizer rate was 6.5,19.5,and 5 g per plant,respectively.Treatment plant height was 5.70%higher than control,while the contents of anthocyanin,chlorogenic acid,flavonoids,and VC were 24.38%,26.68%,35.09%,and 38.54%higher than control,respectively.NPK fertilizer rate of 8.7,17.3,and 5 g per plant treatment was significant increased A.truncatum plant height and four physiologically active substances contents compared with the control.The effects of A.truncatum leaves flavonoids and chlorogenic acid contents in NPK fertilizer rate was 13,13,5 g per plant,and control are at the same level.Comprehensive analysis believes that the NPK fertilizer rate of 6.5,19.5,and 5 g per plant is the appropriate ratio to promote A.truncatum growth and increase the physiologically active substances.
