摘　　要：中国改革开放40多年来所取得的巨大成就,吸引了许多国外学者对中国国有企业改革的研究,分析梳理他们的研究成果及其研究方法,对于我们研究国有企业改革具有一定的学术参考价值。从对国外近40年来的关于中国国有企业改革主题的研究文献的归纳和梳理结果来看,该领域的研究成果可以归纳为中国国有企业的地位、效率、改革路径、成效及其对世界的影响五个方面。这些研究成果,对于我们深刻、准确地理解国有企业改革,进一步推动改革具有一定的参考作用。但也需要看到,国外学者对中国国有企业改革的研究既有学术动机,更有其不同的现实需求和政治意向;既有客观公正的观点,也不排除片面偏激的歪曲,这需要我们注意甄别和加以批判。The issue of China's state-owned enterprises has been in the spotlight and widely documented abroad as its enterprises has undergone historic changes over the past 40 years,This paper reviews and explores the relevant research literature of the past 40 years from the five aspects of the status,efficiency,reform path,effectiveness and impact of Chinese state-owned enterprises on the world.The research has brought insight and will benefit our reform.However,it should also be noted that foreign scholars also has their practical needs and political intentions besides it academic needs;we should have a critical look with objective and fair views for their research.
