摘  要:目的了解2019年北京市昌平区基层预防保健人员(以下简称防保人员)工作满意度现状,为稳定和促进昌平区防保人才队伍建设提供参考。方法通过文献检索、专家访谈、基层访谈等方法设计调查问卷。选取昌平区17家社区卫生服务中心及其下属社区卫生服务站、8家校医院预防接种门诊和2家成人门诊的基层防保人员为调查对象,从整体、环境因素、领导、工作关系和薪资五个维度进行满意度调查。采用描述性流行病学方法统计分析基层防保人员工作满意度现状。结果2019年昌平区共有438名基层防保人员,将比较满意与非常满意合并为满意,44.29%的基层防保人员对现有工作整体满意,其他四个维度的满意度由高到低依次为领导、工作关系、环境因素、薪资情况。通过对不同人群特征分析发现,仅月薪过万组、副高级职称组、成人门诊组的满意率高于70.00%。结论社区卫生服务机构人员的整体满意度最低,员工对领导和工作关系的满意度尚可,但对环境的满意度一般,对薪资情况的满意度极差。高薪、高职称更容易实现高满意度。Objective To know the current situation of job satisfaction among the staff in the primary preventive health care department of Changping District in 2019,and provide references for stabilizing and promoting the talent team of the prevention and health department of Changping District.Methods The questionnaire was developed through literature search,expert and grass-roots interviews,to collect information from 17 community health service centers and their subordinate community health service stations,8 school hospital vaccination clinics,and 2 adult clinics.Primary-level preventive and health care personnel were the investigation,and the satisfaction survey was conducted according to the five dimensions of overall,environment,leadership,working relationship and salary.Using the method of describing epidemiology to calculate the current status of job satisfaction among the primary preventive health care staff.Results In 2019,there were a total of 438 grassroots prevention and protection staff in Changping District.44.29%of grassroots preventive health care staff were generally satisfied with their current work,including four aspects of satisfaction in descending order:leadership,work relationship,environmental factors and salary situation.According to the analysis of different population characteristics,satisfaction rates of only the monthly salary group,the deputy senior title group and the adult outpatient group were higher than 70.00%.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of the staff in the community health service institutionsislow.The satisfaction of employees with leadership and working relationships is acceptable,but the satisfaction with the environment is general,and the satisfaction with salary is extremely poor.High salaries and high professional titles are easier to be of high satisfaction.
