摘　　要：为落实好我国卫生与健康工作方针,充分发挥中医药对传染病的预防控制作用,特别是对呼吸道传染病的防控作用,通过系统搜集有关中医药防治传染病的资料,查阅相关文献,进行专家咨询和研讨,重点归纳总结分析中医药在呼吸道传染病防控方面的发展与应用。结合我国不同地区的社会环境、自然环境、人口学特征以及传染病流行情况,因地因人制宜、分类指导管理、科学精准施策,采用高科技手段探讨精准、高效的中医药防控呼吸道传染病的方法;并把中医治未病理念与现代医学的三级预防有机结合,以更有效地防控疾病,确保人民群众的生命安全和身体健康。To effectively implement the Chinese national health policy,and to strengthen the role of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,especially for respiratory infectious diseases,the relevant records and literature were collected,and experts consultation and workshop were done to summarize and analyze the development and application of TCM in the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.Through combining with the social and natural environment,demographic characteristics,and the epidemic status of infectious diseases in different areas,the study explored the precise and efficient TCM methods through applying measwes in line with local and individual conditions,classified guidance and and management,scientific precise measures with high technology on preventing and controlling respiratory infectious diseases.Then the study put forward the organic combination of preventive treatment of disease concept of traditional Chinese medicine,prevention before disease onset with tertiary prevention of modern medicine to more effectively prevent and control diseases,and to safeguard people’s life safety and physical health.
