摘　　要：目的探讨食品安全突发事件第三方机构介入的可行性,为保障广大人民群众的食品安全提供参考依据。方法利用问卷星平台进行网络调查,应用自行设计的食品安全调查问卷对河南省内食品检测与食品安全监督管理部门进行横断面调查。结果共调查从事食品检测和食品安全监督管理的单位580家,65.0%以上的食品检测与食品安全食品安全监督管理部门认为应该参与突发处置的单位是政府部门、检测机构、专业鉴定部门。70.0%的食品检测与食品安全监督管理部门知晓第三方机构介入的概念和类型。发生食品安全突发事件时,76.2%的部门认为第三方机构介入有利于事故处理。结论多数食品检测与食品安全食品安全监督管理部门知晓食品安全突发事件第三方机构介入的概念和类型,认为第三方机构介入有利于食品安全事故处理。Objective To explore the feasibility of the involvement of the third party in food safety incidents,and to provide references for ensuring the food safety of the vast majority.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out by using the self-made food safety questionnaire.The online survey through Wenjuanxing platform was conducted among food inspection and supervision units in Henan Province.Results 580 units engaged in food testing and food safety supervision and management were surveyed.More than 65.0%of the food inspection and supervision units thought that the units should be involved in dealing with the incident were government departments,testing institutions and professional identification departments.70.0%of food testing and supervision departments knew the concept and type of third-party involvement.76.2%thought that the intervention of a third party organization was beneficial to the handling of the accidents.Conclusion Most food testing and supervision units know the concept and types of third-party involvement,and believe that it is beneficial to food safety accident handling.
