精神科医务人员职业倦怠、相关情绪人格表现及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析精神科医务人员职业倦怠、相关情绪人格表现及其影响因素。方法比较绍兴市第七人民医院精神科与非精神科临床一线医务人员(医生、护士)职业倦怠、情绪耗竭、去人格化和低成就感水平的差异,采用logistic回归分析其职业倦怠和情绪表现评分的影响因素。结果精神科护理人员职业倦怠水平高于精神科与非精神科医生,精神科与非精神科护理人员均表现出较高的情绪衰竭,非精神科护理人员去人格化水平较高(F=5.152,P<0.05)。精神科医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素为职称构成,情绪衰竭的影响因素为医护构成、职称构成、收入和工作时间,人格化的影响因素为文化程度;低成就感的影响因素为文化程度和体育锻炼。结论精神科医务人员,尤其是护理人员的职业倦怠、情绪衰竭水平较高,可有针对性地对重点问题、重点人群进行干预。Objective To analyze the job burnout,related emotional personality of psychiatric medical staff and the influencing factors.Methods The differences of job burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low achievement between psychiatric of clinical medical staff,including doctors and nurses,in psychiatry department and non psychiatry department in Shaoxing Seventh People’s Hospital were compared.The influencing factors of job burnout and emotional performance score were analyzed by logistic regression.Results The job burnout level of psychiatric nurses was higher than that of psychiatric and non-psychiatric doctors.Both psychiatric and non-psychiatric nurses showed higher emotional exhaustion.The depersonalization level of non-psychiatric nurses was higher(F=5.152,P<0.05).The influencing factor of job burnout of psychiatric medical staff was professional title composition.The influencing factors of emotional exhaustion were medical and nursing composition,professional title composition,income and working time.The influencing factor of personality was educational level.The influencing factors of low achievement were educational level and physical exercise.Conclusion Psychiatric medical staff,especially nursing staff,have high levels of job burnout and emotional exhaustion.It is suggested to intervene key issues and key groups.
