季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯在化妆品中的性能研究

摘　　要：使用季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯作为主要润肤酯制备膏霜化妆品,选择辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯这款常用油脂作为对比。通过正置显微镜观察油脂在膏霜配方中的分散状态,使用感官测试和质构仪分析膏霜配方的使用肤感,最后将膏霜配方涂布于手臂内侧进行皮肤含水量和皮肤水分散失量(TEWL)测量,综合评定以确认季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯在膏霜配方中的性能表现以及优势。结果表明,季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯在膏霜配方中可提高配方稳定性,提升使用感以及增强保湿性能。Pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate was used as the main emollient in the cream formula,and commonly used oils were selected for comparison.Firstly,the dispersion state of oil phase in the cream formula was observed with the microscope.Then the sensory test and the texture analysis of the cream formula were conducted to analyze its sensory property.Finally,the water content of skin and TEWL were measured by applying the cream formula on the inner side of the forearm at different time.Thus the performance and advantages of pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate in cream formula could be comprehensively evaluated.The results show that pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate has positive effects on the stability,sensory property and moisturizing performance of the cream formula.
