摘  要:目的探讨移动微生物检测车支援新型冠状病毒核酸检测的人力管理策略,为应对突发公共卫生事件提供参考。方法通过建立组织架构、定岗位定职责、开展岗前培训、实行网格化管理、弹性调配人力和班次、增强团队互动、维护身心健康等方面,构建科学有效且实用性强的人力管理策略。结果经过10个工作日的连续奋战,医疗队累计完成了13万余管即130余万人次的核酸检测任务,未发生队员感染和实验室污染等安全问题。结论医疗队人力资源架构组织完善、人力安排科学合理、人力管理策略行之有效,有利于移动微生物检测车支援新型冠状病毒核酸检测工作高质量、高效率开展。Objective To explore the human resources management strategy of mobile biosafety laboratory supporting nucleic acid testing of SARS-CoV-2 and provide reference for public health emergencies.Methods Through establishment of organizational structure,assigning positions and responsibilities,personnel training,grid management,flexible deployment of manpower and shifts,enhancing team interaction,maintaining physical and mental health,the medical team constructed a scientific,effective and practical human resources management strategy.Results After ten working days of continuous hard work,the medical team has completed a total of 138889 tubes,or more than 1.3 million nucleic acid tests,without any safety issues such as infection and laboratory contamination.Conclusion The organization of human resource,scientific,reasonable effective human resource management are conducive to the highquality and high-efficiency development of mobile biosafety laboratory supporting nucleic acid testing of SARS-CoV-2.
