摘 要:目的探讨基于微信群的翻转课堂教学方法在公众心肺复苏培训中的应用效果研究。方法选取2020年6月参加武汉大学中南医院急救中心举行的心肺复苏培训公众学员72例,随机分在“翻转课堂教学组”和“传统教学组”,每组36例。“翻转课堂教学组”采取基于微信群的翻转课堂教学法,“传统教学组”采用理论授课、老师示范及学生练习的教学方法。比较首次考核时心肺复苏按压质量、自动体外除颤器(AED)操作情况以及首次通过率、完成学习目标的时间。计量资料均数±标准差(x±s)表示,计数资料采用率表示,分别采用t检验或χ^(2)检验,比较接受不同培训方法后的按压质量和AED操作的差别。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果翻转课堂教学组和传统教学组进行比较:两组学员的按压深度分别为(5.0±0.6)cm vs.(4.5±0.7)cm,按压频率分别为(117±15)次/min vs.(108±16)次/min,AED使用步骤正确比例(%)81.4 vs.60.2,AED到达至除颤时间(s)43.7±1.9 vs.41.4±2.1,除颤前确认“离开”比例(%)94.4 vs.81.9;翻转课堂教学组通过率高于传统教学组通过率;翻转课堂教学组优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。达成教学目标的现场培训时间分别为2 h和3.5 h,翻转课堂教学组比传统教学组短。结论在公众心肺复苏培训中,应用翻转课堂教学效果优于传统培训,也缩短了现场培训时间。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat applying to public cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training.Methods 72 public students who participated in CPR training held in the Emergency Center of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University in June 2020 were randomly divided into"flipping classroom training group"and"traditional training group"with 36 in each.The"flipping classroom training group"adopted flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat group.The"traditional training group"adopted theory teaching,teachers'demonstration and students'practice.The quality of chest compressions,automated external defibrillator(AED)performance under teacher's examination,the first passing rate of given standards,and the time to complete learning goals were compared.The measurement data were expressed as x±s while the count data were presented as absolute frequencies and proportions.The difference between groups was analyzed by t test and Chi-square tests respectively.The level of significant difference was set at P<0.05.Results The chest compression depth and frequency of the flipping classroom training group were(5.0±0.6)mm and(117±15)times/min,comparing to the traditional training group being(4.5±0.7)mm and(108±16)times/min.The correct rate of AED application was 81.4% in flipping classroom training compared to 60.2%in traditional training,and the time from AED arrival to defibrillation was(43.7±1.9)s vs.(41.4±2.1)s.The passing rate of flipped classroom training group was higher than that of traditional training group(P<0.05),and the on-site training time to achieve the teaching goals was 2 hours and 3.5 hours respectively.Conclusion The effectiveness of flipping classroom model is better than that of traditional training in public CPR training,which could also shorten the time of on-site training.
