摘  要:讲究“禅武医合一”的少林功夫与印度瑜伽有着千丝万缕的联系。南怀瑾先生曾将印度瑜伽分为心瑜伽、身瑜伽和音声瑜伽。研究发现:心瑜伽以盘坐冥想的形式已融入少林功夫之“禅”中;身瑜伽则深深影响了易筋经、少林童子功等少林武术功法以及武术套路招式,成为少林功夫之“武”的有机组成部分。中国武术讲求“术进乎道”,即不管是融入少林功夫的身瑜伽,还是心瑜伽,实际上都是“通过身体”,而最后所追求的是“道”的境界。The Shaolin Kungfu,which stresses the unity of Zen and martial arts,is closely related to Indian Yoga.Mr.Nan Huai-Chin has divided Indian Yoga into mind Yoga,Body Yoga and voice yoga.It is found that the form of meditation has been integrated into the“Zen”of Shaolin Kungfu,while the form of body Yoga has deeply influenced Shaolin Kungfu techniques such as Yi Jin Jing,Shaolin Tong Zi Gong,and Wushu routines,to be an integral part of Shaolin Kung Fu.Chinese martial arts stress“Shu Jin Dao”,that is,whether it is incorporated into Shaolin Kungfu Body Yoga,or mind yoga,in fact,are“Through the body”,and the final pursuit of the“Tao”realm.
