摘 要:以朴木、桦木、番龙眼3种相对软质材地板坯料为研究对象,研究层状压缩中水热预处理工艺对其厚度方向水分移动、分布的影响规律,以及与其压缩横断剖面形态的响应关系。结果表明:1)浸水温度高,进水量多。朴木、桦木进水量大小关系为,桦木≤朴木(20℃)、桦木<朴木(40℃)、桦木>朴木(60℃),两者均显著高于番龙眼;进水速率变化规律为,浸水1 h内,迅速降低,在2~4 h内趋于平缓。2)木材浸水后密度,近表面高、近心层低;水分进入深度影响因素相关性的大小关系为,树种>浸水温度>浸水时间。3)热压预热温度175℃,调整浸水、热压预热时间,可实现3种木材表层、中间层、中心层选择性压缩。其中,预热20 s:木材实现表层压缩;预热200 s:中间层压缩;预热600 s:中心层压缩。Taking relatively 3 soft woods,which included hackberry,birch,and taun,as the research objects,the influence of the hydrothermal pretreatment process on the water movement and distribution in the thickness direction in the layered compression process was studied,and also the relationship with the morphological response of the compression cross-section.The results showed that:1)When the immersion temperature was high,the water inflow was large.The relationship between the size of hackberry and birch was that birch≤hackberry(20℃),birch<hackberry(40℃),birch>hackberry(60℃),both of which were significantly higher than those of taun;the change rule of water inflow rate was that the water inflow rate decreased rapidly while the wood was immersed in water for 1 h and leveled off within 2~4 h.2)The density of wood after soaking in water was high near the surface and low near the core;the relationship between the factors affecting the depth of water entry was:tree species>soaking temperature>soaking time.3)The preheating temperature of hot pressing was 175℃,and the preheating time of water immersion and hot pressing could be adjusted to realize selective compression wood of three kinds,including surface layer,middle layer and center layer.Among them,preheating for 20 s,the wood achieved surface compression;preheating for 200 s,the middle layer compressed;preheating for 600 s,the center layer compressed.
