摘  要:Notch信号通路是进化上高度保守的信号转导途径之一,在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和血管生成等生命过程中发挥重要作用。妊娠早期的滋养细胞具有较强的迁移和侵袭能力,当前的研究发现,孕早期滋养细胞迁移与侵袭能力异常可导致稽留流产、妊娠期高血压、葡萄胎等病理妊娠。Notch信号通路在滋养细胞迁移、侵袭及子宫螺旋动脉重铸等过程中均发挥重要作用。本文就目前Notch信号通路在调控滋养细胞迁移和侵袭能力方面的研究进行综述,以期为后续临床方面的研究提供理论依据。Notch signaling pathway is one of the highly conserved signal transduction pathways in evolution,and it plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,angiogenesis and other life processes.Trophoblast in early pregnancy has strong migration and invasion ability,and current studies have found that abnormal migration and invasion ability of trophoblast in early pregnancy can lead to missed abortion,gestational hypertension,hydatidiform mole and other pathological pregnancy.Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in trophoblast migration,invasion and uterine spiral artery remodeling.In this paper,the research of Notch signaling pathway in regulating trophoblast migration and invasion are reviewed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for follow-up clinical research.
