摘 要:脑卒中具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率等特点,发病后常导致多种功能障碍。临床上常采用各种康复治疗手段以降低患者致残率,其中运动想象(MI)疗法作为较为新兴的康复治疗手段,因其具有经济、简便、无创等优点逐渐在临床得以推广应用。MI被发现可以改善脑卒中患者的运动表现和学习、神经重组和皮层激活,同时在提高皮质脊髓兴奋性、H反射、脊髓牵张反射及交互抑制等方面有一定作用。Stroke is characterized by high morbidity,mortality and disability,and often leads to a variety of functional disorders.In clinical practice,various rehabilitation methods are often used to reduce the disability rate of patients,among which motor imagery(MI)therapy as a relatively new rehabilitation method,has been gradually promoted and applied in clinical practice due to its advantages of economy,simplicity and non-invasive.MI has been found to improve motor performance and learning,nerve reorganization and cortical activation in stroke patients.At the same time,MI plays a certain role in improving corticospinal excitability,H reflex,spinal cord stretch reflex and interactive inhibition.
