中医药自信教育融入大学生职业发展教育的路径探索

摘　　要：高等中医药教育是要培养专业技术能力过硬、中医药文化底蕴深厚、职业素养较高的接班人。中医药自信教育既是专业教育又是思政教育,要将其作为一条生命线贯穿于学生的职业发展教育始终。文章分别从职业发展教育系列主题班会、打造实践活动平台、促进专业学风建设、提高创新创业能力、发挥专业服务型社团影响力、强化教师队伍、形成职业发展教育评价体系等方面探索中医药自信教育融入大学生职业发展教育的路径,为推动中医药事业高质量发展提供思政和专业发展的方向性保证。Higher education of Chinese medicine is to cultivate the successor who have professional and technical skills,profound cultural heritage of Chinese medicine and noble professionalism.Self-confidence education in Chinese medicine is both professional education and ideological education.It should be used as a lifeline throughout the career development education of students.This article is consisting of the series professional development education class meetings,practice activity platform,professional style of study,improving innovation and entrepreneurship,influencing of professional service association,strengthening the teaching team and form a professional development education evaluation system.The path of integrating self-confidence education of Chinese medicine into professional development education of college students was explored.In order to promote the high-quality development of Chinese medicine,it provides directional guarantee for ideological,political and professional development.
