食管癌根治术后加味启膈散的实施效果及对生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌根治术后加用加味启膈散的实施效果及对生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年9月104例食管癌患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(52例)与对照组(52例)。对照组采取食管癌根治术治疗,观察组采取食管癌根治术后加用加味启膈散治疗。观察2组患者生活质量评分及卡氏评分(KPS)、体质量变化。结果治疗后,观察组躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能、情感智能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者KPS改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体质量变化改善率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌根治术后加用加味启膈散治疗具有明显效果,可促进患者康复,提高生活质量,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Qige powder on the quality of life and implementation effect after radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods From May 2017 to September 2018,104 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52).The control group was treated with radical resection of esophageal cancer.The observation group was treated with modified Qige powder after radical resection of esophageal cancer.The changes of quality of life,KPS and body mass were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of physical function,material life,psychological function and emotional intelligence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of KPS in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Qige powder after esophagectomy has obvious effect,can promote the recovery of patients,improve the quality of life,and has high clinical application value.
