清气化痰汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究清气化痰汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取108例非小细胞肺癌患者,于2015年11月—2020年3月被中国医科大学附属第四医院收治,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组54例,分组标准依据随机数字表法统一进行。化疗应用于对照组,试验组在对照组基础上联合清气化痰汤治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后生活质量以及血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平。结果治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为61.11%(33/54),高于对照组的31.48%(17/54);治疗后,2组的生活质量(活动功能、生理、情感、社会/家庭等)评分与治疗前相比,均呈现明显升高趋势,且试验组较对照组明显升高;2组血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论清气化痰汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著,且可提高其生活质量,同时可降低血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1水平,抑制肿瘤进展。Objective To study the clinical effect of Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer Methods A total of 108 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from November 2015 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received chemotherapy with different drugs,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Qingqi Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.Patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment,quality of life and serum CEA,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 61.11%(33/54),which was higher than that of control group(31.48%,17/54).After treatment,the scores of quality of life(activity function,physiology,emotion,social/family,etc.)in both groups showed a significantly higher trend than before treatment,and the scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.Serum CEA,CA125 and CyFRA21-1 levels in 2 groups were decreased,and those in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qingqi Huatan decoction combined with chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and can improve the quality of life.At the same time,it can reduce the serum CEA,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 levels and inhibit tumor progression.
