摘　　要：专科联盟作为医疗联合体建设的4种组织模式之一,在公立医院高质量发展方面发挥着重要作用。文章分析了专科联盟与其他医疗联合体的特征差异,提出了专科联盟基于资源共享和优势互补的协同合作管理模式。通过分析福棠儿童医学发展研究中心的建设举措、成效和运行机制,进一步阐述了专科联盟管理的新模式及其在推动公立医院高质量发展中的作用机制和实现路径。Specialized alliance is one of the 4 construction models of medical alliance and plays an important role in the high-quality development of the public hospitals.It analyzes the differences between specialized alliances and other medical alliance,puts forward a collaborative management model of specialized alliance based on resource sharing and complementary advantages.Then,analyzing the construction measure,effectiveness and operation mechanism of Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development,it expounds its mechanism and realization path in promoting the high-quality development of the public hospital.
