摘  要:基于科研导师制度,提出对现有本科实验教学模式的创新探讨,将气象观测和数值天气预报教学与导师科研工作有效融合的教学形式,可使学生的学习动力及效率、专业知识综合应用,以及气象业务能力等方面均显著提升;科研论文、创新大赛成果较以往更为丰硕,形成“教”“学”互助的良性循环机制。创新性实验教学理念和方法为支持学院学科建设,培养既熟练掌握大气科学基本理论和观测应用技能,又能够在业务单位迅速熟悉气象预报系统的高素质应用人才,奠定了坚实的基础。Based on the tutorial system of scientific research for undergraduates,the innovation of the experimental teaching mode is proposed.By effectively integrating the teaching of meteorological observation and numerical weather forecast with the tutor’s scientific research work,we can significantly improve the students’learning motivation and efficiency,the comprehensive application of professional knowledge,and the meteorological professional ability.The achievements of scientific research papers and innovation competitions are more fruitful than before,forming a virtuous circle mechanism of mutual assistance between teaching and learning.We have adopted innovative experimental teaching ideas and methods to train talents who are proficient in the basic theory and observation application skills of atmospheric science.
