摘 要:结合肤哑板的生产工艺,在对比平贴肤哑板、膜压肤哑板和基于准分子灯技术肤哑板3种生产方式的基础上,设计了一种典型的基于准分子灯技术的肤哑板生产线。分析其生产工艺流程并详细阐述生产线组成和各单机的工作过程,重点分析可实现板材立体面哑光处理的高效型智能UV干燥机的技术特点。该生产线设备运行稳定,所生产的肤哑板各项检测数据均满足甚至高于相关的标准要求。进一步提出了设备未来的发展方向,为肤哑板产业的技术提升和创新设计提供参考。On the basis of comparative analysis among flat-press, film-press and excimer lamp technology super matte board production line, a classical production line based on excimer lamp was designed. Production process such as the line compositions and working process of each machine were elaborated in detail. High-efficiency intelligent UV dryer which could deal with 3D panels was analyzed in particular. It was indicated that the production line run consistently, and the performances of the super matte board were reached the standard or even better than relevant standard. At last, future development direction of the technology was pointed out, which would provide reference for research and innovative design.
