摘　　要：电气化单轨系统(EMS)是主机厂最主要的输送设备之一,其主要特点是采用移动动力供应,系统内吊具通过自身的4极碳刷实现与固定轨道上的滑触线L1~L3及PE移动连接。移动动力供应为系统集成提供了灵活性及可行性,但同时对动力及PE的有效连接形成了巨大挑战。为此,引入德国ELABO公司型号为94-1F Z807的接地故障检测设备对吊具接地有效性进行检测,以对设备及人员进行安全保障。由于国内外对于接地有效性判断标准的不同,在实际应用中,产生了许多接地有效性误判的案例,给公司的生产节拍造成了一定的影响。在对德国ELABO公司型号为94-1F Z807的接地故障检测设备工作原理进行深入研究的基础上,对其进行了改造。改造后的设备对于接地有效性的判断在符合国家标准的基础上,极大地减少了接地有效性误判的情况,既保障了设备及人员的安全,又保障了生产运营的有序进行。The ground fault detection equipment of the German ELABO company model 94-1F Z807 was introduced to test the effectiveness of the trolley grounding to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.However,due to the different standards of grounding effectiveness judgments at home and abroad,many cases of misjudgment of grounding effectiveness have occurred in practical applications,which have a certain impact on the company’s production rhythm.Based on the in-depth study of the working principle of the ground fault detection equipment of the German ELABO company model94-1F Z807,it has been modified.The modified equipment’s judgment of grounding effectiveness is based on compliance with national standards,which greatly reduces the misjudgments of grounding effectiveness,not only guarantees the safety of equipment and personnel,but also ensures the orderly progress of production and operation.
