摘　　要：炎性肠病(IBD)中存在黏膜屏障功能障碍,并伴有免疫失调和生物失调。外泌体是一种双层脂质膜囊泡,内含有多种物质,在机体生理和病理过程中发挥重要的调节作用,不仅可以作为天然的纳米载体运送功能性RNA、蛋白质和合成药物或分子,还能够启动机体免疫系统,识别和杀死入侵的病原菌,缓解肠道炎症反应,在肠道组织修复和再生以及疾病诊断和预后方面显示出潜在的临床应用价值。了解外泌体在IBD发病、诊断及治疗中的作用,可为IBD治疗提供新的诊疗方案。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)has mucosal barrier dysfunction,accompanied by immune and biological disorders.Exosomes are bilayer lipid membrane vesicles containing a variety of substances,which play an important regulatory role in the physiological and pathological processes of the body.They can not only be used as natural nano-carriers to transport functional RNA,proteins and synthetic drugs or molecules,but also activate the body's immune system,identify and kill invasive pathogens,and alleviate intestinal inflammation,showing potential clinical value in intestinal tissue repair and regeneration as well as disease diagnosis and prognosis.Understanding the role of exosomes in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of IBD can provide a new diagnosis and treatment plan for IBD.
