摘  要:化疗耐药性是膀胱癌治疗过程中面临的主要挑战之一,对化疗药物产生耐药是导致膀胱癌患者预后不佳的重要因素,因此深入研究膀胱癌耐药的机制十分重要。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是近年生命科学领域研究的热点,其在各种生命活动中发挥着复杂、精确的调控功能。lncRNA表达异常与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,lncRNA可作为癌基因或抑癌基因在膀胱癌的发生发展以及化疗耐药中发挥重要的生物学作用,并可能成为膀胱癌新的治疗靶点。深入研究lncRNA在膀胱癌耐药中的作用及机制,有助于优化临床膀胱癌治疗方案,并有望探索出新的膀胱癌治疗方法。Chemotherapeutic resistance is one of the major challenges in the treatment of bladder cancer.Resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs is an important factor leading to poor prognosis of the patients.Therefore,it is very important to study the mechanism of drug resistance in bladder cancer.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a hotspot in the field of life science in recent years,and plays a complex and precise regulatory role in various life activities.Abnormal lncRNA expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,and lncRNA can play an important biological role in the occurrence,development and chemotherapeutic resistance of bladder cancer as an oncogene or tumor suppressor gene.lncRNA may become a new therapeutic target for bladder cancer.It is of great significance to further study the role and mechanism of lncRNA in bladder cancer drug resistance in the future,which helps to optimize the treatment plan and is expected to explore new treatment methods for bladder cancer.
