摘 要:宫颈癌的死亡风险较高,早期干预与治疗对患者生存和预后尤为重要。宫颈癌的发生、发展是一个多阶段、多步骤的复杂过程,除与持续性的人乳头瘤病毒感染有关外,还与多种血清细胞因子密切相关,如白细胞介素类细胞因子、肿瘤相关巨噬细胞等均可影响患者的免疫功能。而免疫反应可影响肿瘤的发生、发展,多种细胞因子参与宫颈癌的发生、发展。目前与宫颈癌有关的血清细胞因子较多,其在宫颈癌发生、发展等过程中的具体作用机制尚不明确,仍有待进一步探讨。The mortality risk of cervical cancer is high.Early intervention and treatment are particularly important for the survival and prognosis of the patients.The occurrence and development of cervical cancer is a multistage and multistep complex physiological process.In addition to persistent human papillomavirus infection,it is also closely related to a variety of serum cytokines,such as interleukin cytokines and tumor associated macrophages,both of which can affect the immune function of the patients.And immune response can affect the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors,and various cytokines participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.However,there are many serum cytokines so far known to be related to cervical cancer,the specific action mechanisms in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer are not clear,which still need to be further discussed.
