基于自组织算法的甘肃地区循环发展评价研究

摘  要:在我国经济发展水平持续提升的过程中,甘肃地区循环发展水平及其评价也得到了越来越多的重视。为了实现对甘肃地区循环发展的有效评价,此次课题对自组织算法的神经网络训练机制、数据挖掘算法等进行了深入的探究,并将其应用至对甘肃地区循环发展的评价中。研究结果显示,甘肃地区循环发展三个层面的评价水平与其的整体水平基本保持一致,根据循环发展评价得分进行排序,A地区最优,B地区次之,C地区最低。这显示出自组织算法在甘肃地区循环发展评价中具有较好的应用效果,且应当在保证经济发展水平上升的同时,提高资源利用率与废弃物排放水平。In the process of continuous improvement of China’s economic development level,more and more attention has been paid to the circular development level and its evaluation in Gansu Province.In order to realize the effective evaluation of circular development in Gansu Province,this topic deeply explores the neural network training mechanism and data mining algorithm of self-organizing algorithm,and applies it to the evaluation of circular development in Gansu Province.The results show that the evaluation level of the three levels of circular development in Gansu is basically consistent with its overall level.According to the evaluation score of circular development,region a is the best,region B is the second,and region C is the lowest.This shows that the self-organization algorithm has a good application effect in the evaluation of circular development in Gansu Province,and should improve the resource utilization rate and waste discharge level while ensuring the rise of economic development level.
