以培育现代公民意识为导向的高校财政学通识教育课程体系研究

摘　　要：高校开展财政学通识教育是培养当代大学生现代公民意识的重要抓手之一。从根本价值取向、课程教学内容和实施方式来看,财政学通识教育与大学生现代公民意识培育之间存在紧密的内在逻辑。高校应在培养现代公民的导向下,从深化理念认识、科学设计教学目标、合理设置教学内容、推进教学模式改革等角度入手,持续优化财政学通识教育课程,实现育人目标。To implement general education in public finance is one of the important means to cultivate the modern citizen consciousness of contemporary college students.From the perspective of fundamental value orientation,teaching content and means of implementation,there is a strict internal corelation between the general education of finance and the cultivation of college students’modern citizen consciousness.Under the guidance of cultivating modern citizens,colleges and universities should continue to optimize the general education curriculum of public finance and achieve the goal of educating people from the perspectives of deepening their insights into concepts,designing teaching objectives scientifically,setting teaching contents properly,and promoting the reform of teaching models.
