摘　　要：首先,7-ATCA通过异构化制备得到7-ATCAδ3异构体。然后,7-ATCAδ3异构体与AE-活性酯(MAEM)进行反应得到头孢妥仑δ3异构体三乙胺盐,最后与特戊酸碘甲酯进行缩合反应合成头孢妥仑匹酯δ3异构体。该工艺得到的产品纯度较高,原料易得。通过红外吸收光谱、高分辨质谱以及核磁共振波普进行结构确证,证实了头孢妥仑匹酯δ3异构体化学结构式的正确性。First,7-ATCA δ3 isomer was prepared via the isomerization reaction by 7-ATCA.Subsequently,the 7-ATCA δ3 isomer was reacted with MAEM to obtain cefditoren δ3 isomer triethylamine salt.Finally,cefditoren δ3 isomer triethylamine salt was combined with iodomethyl pivalate to synthesize cefditoren pivoxil δ3 isomer.Product in high purity was prepared via the process.Furthermore,the raw materials of this process were easy to obtain.The correctness of the chemical structure of cefditoren pivoxil δ3 isomer was confirmed by IR,HR-MS and NMR.
