摘 要:对平煤十矿综采工作面智能化开采系统结构及关键技术特征进行全面分析,结合工作面现场条件,构建综采工作面智能化控制系统,确定工作面智能化生产工艺流程,实现综采工作面液压支架自动跟机移架、采煤机记忆截割、工作面三机设备的远程集中控制等功能。通过与普通综采工作面对比,实现了减人提效的目的。在下一步智能化综采工作面建设发展方向上提出一些建议,为智能化综采工作面建设提供了一定的参考。Comprehensively analyzed the structure and key technical characteristics of the intelligent mining system of the fully mechanized mining face in Pingmei No.10 coal mine.Combined with the field conditions of the working face,the intelligent control system of the fully mechanized mining face was constructed,the intelligent production process of the mining face was determined,readlized the functions such as the automatic following and moving of the hydraulic support of the fully mechanized mining face,memory cutting of the shearer and remote centralized control of three machine equipment in working face.Compared with the ordinary fully mechanized face,the purpose of reducing personnel and improving efficiency has been realized.Some suggestions were put forward on the construction and development direction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face in the next step,which provides certain reference for the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face.
