摘 要:目的探究USB转并口的时序精度以及同步信号之间的时间误差,完成脑科学测量设备之间的高精度时间同步,精准完成脑电位相关的刺激-响应实验。方法使用PsychToolbox、PsychoPy、E-prime和OpenSesame软件呈现视觉刺激,利用逻辑分析仪来收集USB转并口数据。结果在软件PsychToolbox和PsychoPy下的USB转并口的时间误差为-5.290~-3.168 ms,并且小于E-prime和OpenSesame;在软件PsychToolbox下的USB转并口的时序精度优于PsychoPy、E-prime和OpenSesame,精度可达到(100±0.193)ms。结论本文明确了USB转并口的时序精度以及同步信号之间的时间误差,可为准确测量高精度刺激-响应实验提供可靠性的指导。Objective To explore the timing accuracy of USB to parallel port and the time error between synchronization signals,and realize the high-precision time synchronization between measurement equipment for brain science,so as to accurately complete stimulation-response experiments related to brain potential.Methods Softwares named PsychToolbox,PsychoPy,E-prime,and OpenSesame to present visual stimulation,and logic analyzer were used to collect data from USB to parallel port.Results The time error of USB to parallel port under PsychToolbox and PsychoPy was between-5.290 ms and-3.168 ms,which was less than that between E-prime and OpenSesame;the timing precision of USB to parallel port under PsychToolbox was better than that of PsychoPy,E-prime and OpenSesame,which could reach(100±0.193)ms.Conclusion This paper clarifies the timing precision of USB to parallel port and the time error between synchronization signals,which can provide reliable guidance for accurate measurement of high-precision stimulus-response experiments.
