摘　　要：目的探索用PDCA质量控制结合9S管理在急诊重症监护室(Emergency Intensive Care Unit,EICU)仪器设备管理中的应用价值。方法我院EICU在科室仪器设备管理中采用了PDCA质量控制结合9S管理办法,对开展管理活动前后的相关管理效果进行量化对比分析。结果通过开展管理活动,EICU仪器设备的放置不规范率、使用记录不完整率、仪器设备取用耗时和床单位终末消毒整理耗时均有明显降低(P<0.001),仪器设备相关不良事件发生率有所降低(P<0.05),仪器设备消毒保养耗时有明显增加(P<0.001),医护人员仪器设备相关技能考核成绩均有明显提升(P<0.001),清醒患者转出EICU时的焦虑抑郁情况有显著改善(P<0.001)。结论将PDCA质量控制结合9S管理运用于EICU仪器设备管理中,能够显著提高科室仪器设备的管理效果,提高临床服务质量和效率。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA quality control combined with 9S management methods in the management of medical equipment in emergency intensive care unit(EICU).Methods In EICU of our hospital,PDCA quality control combined with 9S management methods has been adopted in the management of medical equipment.The related management effects before and after the adoption of the management measures were quantitatively compared and analyzed in this paper.Results Through the implementation of management measures,the rate of equipment placement irregularities,the rate of incomplete use records,the time-consuming of taking equipment and the time-consuming of final disinfection and arranging of bed units were significantly reduced(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse events related with medical equipment was reduced(P<0.05).The time-consuming of equipment disinfection and maintenance were significantly increased(P<0.001).The performance of medical staff in the assessment of skills related with medical equipment was significantly increased(P<0.001).Conscious patients showed significant improvement in anxiety and depression when they were transferred out of the EICU(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of PDCA quality control combined with 9S management methods of EICU medical equipments can significantly improve the management effects of medical equipment in the department,and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical service.
