摘　　要：目的通过创新医院检验科二级库管理模式,达到有效提高体外诊断试剂使用效率、降低体外诊断试剂采购成本的目的。方法针对传统检验科室二级库管理中存在的问题,以检验科为试点科室,结合医院及科室管理要求引入二级库管理系统,比较实施前后的效果。结果实施二级库管理系统后,降低了月均库存金额、月均过期耗材占比及试剂均次盘点耗时(P<0.05);同时提升了月均试剂盘点准确率(P<0.001)。结论基于多货主的体外诊断试剂二级库管理系统提升了医院体外诊断试剂的采购效率,增加了体外诊断试剂采购数量预估的科学性及库存管理的能力,提高了医院耗材管理部门的精细化管理整体水平。Objective To effectively improve the efficiency of in vitro diagnostic reagents and reduce the purchase cost of in vitro diagnostic reagents by innovating the management model of the secondary storeroom of the hospital laboratory department.Methods In view of the problems existing in the management of the secondary storeroom of traditional laboratory departments,the laboratory was used as the pilot department,combined with the management requirements of the hospital and the department to introduce the secondary storeroom management system,and the effects before and after implementation were compared.Results After the implementation of the secondary storeroom management system,the average monthly inventory amount,the proportion of monthly expired consumables and the average inventory time of reagents were reduced(P<0.05).At the same time,the accuracy of monthly reagent inventory was improved(P<0.001).Conclusion The in vitro diagnostic reagent secondary storeroom management system based on multi-consignor improves the procurement efficiency of in vitro diagnostic reagents,increases the scientificity of in vitro diagnostic reagent procurement estimates and the ability of inventory management,and improves the overall level of refinement management of the hospital consumable management department.
